Coaster101 is in search of writers and content creators who love all things roller coasters and the amusement industry. We are looking to expand in both geographic areas and content creation abilities — traditional blogging/writing, social media, video, etc. If you love creating content, we’d love to have you on the team.
What’s it like to be a member of the Coaster101 team?
Coaster101 is made possible by a passion group of coaster enthusiasts (fanatics) who enjoy writing and other forms of content creation. If you have experience blogging, social media, video, etc., you’ll fit right in.

We hold ourselves to a high standard. We expect writers to contribute, on average, 2-3 posts (on the blog, social media, YouTube, etc.) each month.
While writing for Coaster101 is an unpaid gig, it’s a great way to build your portfolio and resume. And there are a lot of perks — invites to media days, special events and previews, lots of free apparel/swag and more.
Who can apply?
Applicants must be at least 21 years old. We start most new writers on a trial basis. Writing or other content samples (video, social media posts, etc.) are required. Familiarity or experience with the WordPress content management system is a big plus but not required.

Definitely looking to apply sometime. I bring with me a wealth of writing, research, and theme park experience, some of it very obscure travel and hands on work for multiple companies/fields. Still slightly underage though, have a few months to go.
