The West Coast is finally getting their own VelociCoaster. Well, not exactly, but they are getting a highly innovative Intamin multi-launch with a sprawling layout themed to one of Universal’s billion-dollar franchises, so close enough, right? Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift will be opening at Universal Studios Hollywood in 2026 and will be one of the most anticipated roller coasters of the year.

Six Flags Magic Mountain 2026

Six Flags Magic Mountain is planning to open a new, first-of-its-kind roller coaster in North America in 2026. Groundbreaking Indoor Roller Coasters at Legoland Florida and California

Legoland Florida and Legoland California will debut first-of-their-kind indoor roller coasters in 2026, owner Merlin Entertainments announced. • Carowinds will introduce a record-breaking water ride.
  • Canada’s Wonderland will add a new record-breaking water attraction.
  • King’s Island will introduce a new family thrill attraction. Could it also be a new roller coaster?
